ACQUIRED: June 8, 2016

To strengthen our SAP Hybris offering and bolster our European presence, we acquired Conexus, an eCommerce system integrator based in Britain. Conexus’ web development services, including strategic consulting and managed services, combined well with our existing offerings and strengthened their service capabilities to expand clients’ businesses in Western Europe.


ACQUIRED: August 5, 2015

We selected CrossView, an eCommerce system integrator, due to their deep experience with the IBM WebSphere Commerce and SAP Hybris platforms in the U.S. market. These robust front-end capabilities as well as managed services combined with our strong order fulfillment, customer care, and financial services capabilities create end-to-end capabilities on more platforms.


ACQUIRED: June 15, 2015

Based in London, MODA was an eCommerce system integrator and consultancy that created unique digital experiences for fashion brands and retailers. Their practices included custom design and system integration on the Demandware and Magento eCommerce platforms. By acquiring MODA, we were able to leverage the power of an existing commerce solution model to offer an expanded portfolio of digital services focused on the European market.


ACQUIRED: September 23, 2014

To enhance our ability to create premium digital experiences for clients across the globe, we acquired LiveArea (formerly LiveAreaLabs), a digital creative agency based in Seattle, Washington. LiveAreaLabs had deep experience using the Demandware and Drupal technology platforms and brought strategy, creative, and user experience design for each.

To enhance our technology service offering with the addition of Oracle Commerce capabilities and by strengthening our Demandware practice, PFS acquired REV Solutions in 2014. REV offered a unique blend of design and support services, implementation methodologies, and an experienced development team in the U.S. and India that enabled us to better support clients on a global level while minimizing support costs.
