Senior Partner - President & Chief Information Officer

Mike Willoughby serves as President of PFSweb, Inc. In addition, Mike is the company’s Chief Information Officer. Prior to his promotion to President, Mike served as Chief Information Officer and President of the PFSweb Services Division. As Chief Information Officer, Mike has been instrumental in the acquisition, development, integration and support of PFSweb’s world-class technologies and he continues to have a key role in the architecture of the company’s solution and service offerings. Mike led the company’s effort to bring PFSweb’s End2End eCommerce® Solution to market in 2008 and he continues to be actively involved in expanding this program today. Most recently, he re-engineered the company’s business development area to leverage a highly team-oriented business development model to substantially improve the predictability and sustainability of the company’s sales and marketing efforts. As President and CIO of PFSweb, Mike is responsible for the company’s global business development activities, on-boarding new clients, support of all current clients, international operations and global IT development and operations.

In addition to his executive leadership experience at PFSweb, Mike founded and served as President and CEO of Design Technologies Inc., and he founded and served as President and CEO of Integration Services, Inc.

Mike is a very active member of the community, serving as a leader in his church and participating in several boards and councils including the Dallas Masterminds Forum. He is a member of the CEO Forum, an organization composed of more than 150 Christian presidents and CEOs from large corporations all over the world - its members include senior executives from Walmart, Proctor & Gamble and ExxonMobil. Mike also serves on the Dean’s Advisory Council for the College of Business Administration at Abilene Christian University and the Visiting Committee for the ACU iSchool. Mike is a featured guest speaker for the ACU College of Business and has taught a senior-level Digital Marketing Class featuring PFSweb’s digital marketing capabilities, subject matter experts and a PFSweb client case study. Mike is an active teacher and writer contributing frequently to the PFSweb blog, Perspectives and also publishes Intersections, a weekly blog on the topic of faith-based service in the workplace, church, home and community.

Mike is a native Texan and has been a resident of the Dallas area since 1987. He is a graduate of Abilene Christian University where he received a Bachelor of Business Administration in 1986.
